NABCONS is a wholly subsidiary of NABARD and comes under the purview of CVC. Whistle Blower policy in NABCONS is introduced as a measure to enhance corporate Governance. This policy is an internal mechanism to staff and consultants of NABCONS for preferring complaints and making disclosures on any allegation of misuse of office or of corrupt practices without fear of victimization and retribution.
